and gas carriers at sea and in shipyard as Superintendents for
chemicals and gas carriers under construction and by a deck Chief
Officer with qualified experience on cargo and tanker vessels.
Technical/purchasing departments.
The services offered by B.Navi include every aspect of a vessel's

Each fleet is in charge of a number of vessels.
Superintendents have many years of experience on sea-service, yard and
maintenance service, as well as inside other Management Companies.
The Superintendents ( Senior and Junior) are in charge for budget items related
to their job.
Day by day supplying work is performed by the Purchasers, trading with all major
Supplying Companies, both for stores and maintenance/running equipment.

Manning department.
Good crew is the key of success in today's ship
management. The ability to provide trained sea staff has led BNavi
to a high standard in ship management. BNavi provides the
structures staff training (including AMOS M&P courses) to supply
clients with trained, qualified and experienced crew.
To ensure control over quality of crew, BNavi has manning offices
in those countries from which it sources its seafearers. Each recruiting
centre is linked to BNavi management office. A computer database
AMOS PERSONNEL records and updates each personal file.
It was clear to us, since the beginning, that paying the wages to
the crew members on board, merely to compensate their work on board,
doesn't give us nothing in return in the future.
We prefer consider a percentage of the wages as a monthly investment, therefore we had to put in operation particular procedures in order
to have crew members willing to work for our vessels now and in the
very long future.
The manning office has ready and available full crews for customers
looking for reliable, skilled and dedicated crew members.
We always take the opportunity to be on board to have a personal and
direct contact with our crew.
Just to give a picture we can offer crews used to:
* receive on time their allotments.
* receive on board mail and newspapers without delay.
* have the priority to employ with us their relatives.
* increase the seniority staying with us.
By a monthly updated procedure, Masters and Chief.
E., are sure not to meet on board crew members with whom they haven't
good relationship, while we always take the opportunity to be on
board and having a personal and direct contact with our people.
It is not the case to mention other issues such as licenses,
endorsements, medical, visas, travelling, pandi, etc.: we consider
these as usually acquired.
To achieve the above mentioned objectives, the company will provide
the necessary resources and qualified personnel.
The safety management is monitored by four masters Mariner with more
than 20 years of experience as masters of cargo, tankers, chemicals
and gas carriers at sea and in shipyard as Superintendents for
chemicals and gas carriers under construction.
Financial and Budgeting department.
BNavi offers to the serviced Owners a complete
analysis of vessel's costs, on daily cost base.
At the beginning of the year for each managed vessel, a budget is
prepared, subject to the Owners' approval.
Technical/purchasing/crewing managers are required to follow the
budget requirement and a periodical check on vessel's economic
performances is performed on quarterly base.
Real daily cost is, for each vessel, updated in due time and Owners
can exactly know, day by day, real total running cost.
An end year report is finally performed by Company top Management,
where both budget and un-budget costs are analysed and justified.
